By accessing and using Test Scout's services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our service.

Service Description

Test Scout provides a user friendly information and notification service for driving test availability in Queensland. We are not affiliated with Queensland Transport and Main Roads or any government agency.

• We do not book tests on your behalf
• We do not guarantee test availability
• We provide information and notifications of available test slots only

User Responsibilities

Users of Test Scout agree to:

• Provide a valid email address that belongs to them and is not shared with others
• Maintain the security of their account by not sharing their password with others
• Use the service in compliance with all applicable laws
• Ensure that all reasonable and appropriate measures are taken before using test availability notifications to book or modify a test, for example, checking that your instructor or test vehicle will be available on the test date

Limitation of Liability

Test Scout is not responsible for any damages or losses resulting from:

• Inability to secure an earlier test through this service, as we only notify users when a test slot is available and perform no booking or reservation functions
• Loss of notifications due to technical issues, including but not limited to, push notification provider outages, email delivery issues, or outages and changes to availability published by Queensland Transport and Main Roads
